Liability Waiver

By participating in classes, events, and activities at Fire & Ice ATL, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Dance classes and related physical activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Health Acknowledgment

You confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in dance activities. You agree to inform your instructor of any medical conditions or limitations that may affect your participation.

Release of Liability

You release Fire & Ice ATL, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during participation in studio activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Media Consent

You consent to being photographed or recorded during classes and events. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.
